📢 What is this place?

Hi! I'm huey, and this is my little corner of the information superhighway. Back in the day, every page worth its salt had a starfield background, a hit counter, and at least one thing that blinked. Browsers took all of that away from us — not because it was dangerous, but because it was too much fun.

This page is my act of remembrance. It is a card-carrying member of the Dead HTML Tag Society, and our adopted patron tag is the dearly departed <applet> — the tag that once promised us spinning 3D logos, lake ripple effects, and fifteen security dialogs per page load.
